Ashtanga yoga is an inspiring, dynamic and physically challenging form of yoga. It is an excellent way to tone the body and to improve physical fitness. The class is based on the Ashtanga primary series and the postures are dynamicaly linked to create a continuous flow. Maintaining a steady even breath throughout will help concentration and calm the mind resulting in an overall sense of peace and well being. A regular practice will help you stay focused and encourage the body to become light and strong. What better way to stay fit and healthy!

BEGINNERS COURSE The next course will run from Monday 16th April to Monday 30th April , 17:30 - 18:30, price £30. This 3 week course will give you a solid foundation on which to build a strong practice. You will learn the physical postures (asanas) and how to use your breath to give a smooth steady flow to your movements. Starting with the sun salutations and moving onto standing, sitting postures and inversions. Please book in advance by emailing: info@ealingyoga.co.uk

Please do not eat for at least 60 minutes beforehand and inform the teacher of any injuries or conditions before the start of the class.

The classes are not suitable for pregnant women.
