Yoga helps to calm the mind, improves concentration, tones the body, increases stamina and enhances flexibility.

Ealing Yoga offers a selection of classes from a gentle Hatha class, ideal for stretching stiff muscles and loosening up the spine, to an invigorating Dynamic or Ashtanga class. The small class size (max 12) allows individual attention to be given to each student and students are encouraged to progress and stretch themselves as they become more experienced.

Classes are held in a small yoga studio in central Ealing at Stockwell's, 42 High Street, London W5 5DB.

Classes are available for both beginners and experienced students.

Please do not eat for at least 60 minutes beforehand and inform the teacher of any injuries before the start of the class.

Please note. No classes on the following dates:

  • 15:00 to 16:00 Friday 27th June 2008.
  • 08:30 to 10:00 Saturday 28th June 2008 (10:15 to 11:30 is still on with Jackie).
  • 15:00 to 16:00 Friday 4th July 2008.
  • 08:30 to 10:00 Saturday 5th July 2008 (10:15 to 11:30 is still on with Jackie).
  • The Monday class has been cancelled until further notice.Please get in touch if you cannot make any of the other classes.
